This workshop offers a gentle, grounded space to explore what we’ve internalized—without shame, urgency, or the need to have it all figured out. You’ll be invited to get curious about where your values truly come from, what you want to keep, and what you’re ready to rewrite.
This isn’t about rejecting your past. It’s about reclaiming your present.
This workshop is for you if:
- You’re questioning beliefs around gender, religion, family, or identity
- You’ve felt the tension between who you were told to be and who you really are
- You’re craving reflection without judgment, and community without pressure
- You want language for something you’ve sensed but haven’t named
What to expect:
- A quiet moment to ground and arrive
- Guided journaling to explore inherited beliefs
- A simple framework for “programming” and deconditioning
- A values-mapping practice to clarify what matters to you now
- Light community reflection (always optional)
- Tools to continue this work gently, without overwhelm
You’ll leave with:
- A deeper understanding of one inherited belief you’re ready to examine
- A clearer sense of your own values (not just the ones handed to you)
- A daily noticing practice to help you stay connected to what’s true
- A felt experience of being witnessed—not judged—as you navigate change
You don’t need to be ready to tear anything down. You just need to be willing to listen.
