Connect with others on a path to intentional growth, where your journey is supported by shared wisdom and collective presence.
EXPLORING SELF-DISCOVERY & IDENTITY
True authenticity isn’t about finding yourself—it’s about creating yourself. In a world that’s full of noise, norms, and inherited expectations, these Circles invite you to consciously shape your identity from the inside out. Together, we explore how to unlearn the stories we've been handed—about worth, identity, success, and belonging—and replace them with deeper self-trust and inner wisdom. Through reflection, self-expression, and intentional evolution, you'll move toward a version of yourself that feels aligned, liberated, and true.
DEEPENING CONNECTIONS & FOSTERING COMMUNITY
Whether you're navigating personal boundaries, deepening self-trust, or learning to show up more fully in community, these Circles offer space to grow in connection. Here, we explore what it means to be in relationship—with others, with ourselves, and with the world around us. Together, we practice holding space, speaking truth, and bridging difference with curiosity and compassion. These Circles support the emotional nuance of being human while honoring the reality that connection requires both courage and care.
HOLISTIC PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT & SELF-CARE
Growth doesn't always mean striving—it often means softening. These Circles offer support for navigating life’s shifts, tending to your inner world, and reconnecting with what truly nourishes you. Instead of pushing for perfection or constant “healing,” we focus on resilience, reflection, and grounded tools that meet you where you are. This is personal growth that respects your pace—and your wholeness.
HOW YOUR ACTIONS RIPPLE INTO THE WORLD
How we show up in the world is part of who we are. These Circles explore the intersection between personal values and collective impact—how you live, give, speak up, and spend your energy. Whether through small daily acts, ethical decision-making, or conscious leadership, you’ll find space here to explore what it means to contribute with intention and integrity.
We prioritize creating a supportive environment for all our members. We recognize that each person brings a unique history and perspective, and we’re committed to fostering a space where all identities are respected.
Circles are built on a foundation of mutual respect and trust, guided by clear communication guidelines that maximize the constructiveness of every interaction. Facilitators are trained to uphold these standards.
We aim to co-create a community where each member's voice is valued and their contributions are recognized. Our commitment to maintaining a container of mutual space-holding means you can engage fully and openly, knowing your Self-development and confidentiality are top priorities.

Through shared experiences, practical tools, and open dialogue, Circles help you navigate life’s complexities with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
"In my family we didn't have in depth conversations. There is an inability to go there. This work has given me an ability to become more emotionally aware and not afraid to take a different path of learning, through growing my emotional intelligence."

We offer a wide range of Circles, including: - Redefining Masculinity - Feminine Wisdom - Faith Transitions - Parenting with Presence - Relationship with Self - Balancing Professionalism & Authenticity …and more in development. Circles are organized under four themes: Authentic Living, Balanced Relationships, Well-being & Growth, and Purpose & Contribution.
Every Circle is led by a trusted Everyday 7 facilitator—guides who are experienced in holding space for honesty, growth, and human connection. They don’t teach from a pedestal. They participate with you, offering presence, questions, and a steady container for the group’s unfolding.
Each Circle follows its own rhythm—shaped by the group, within the theme—but most sessions include: - A brief opening or grounding - Facilitated conversation around real-life experiences and shared reflections - Honest, supportive space to explore what’s coming up in your life Facilitators offer structure, presence, and prompts—not a script. You help shape the conversation by showing up as yourself.
A Circle is a facilitated small group designed for deep, meaningful conversations around the topics that matter most. Each Circle focuses on a central theme—like parenting, identity, or masculine/feminine wisdom—and creates a space where people can drop the small talk and get to the heart of the matter. Circles are not performance-based, and they’re not therapy. They're dynamic, real conversations that meet you where you are—guided by a skilled facilitator, and enriched by the lived experiences of the group.
Circles are grounded, real, and emotionally spacious. We’re emotional beings living in a real world—so depending on the topic, you might laugh, cry, feel activated, or just sit with something new. All of that is welcome here. The space is supportive, not performative. If you ever need a moment, you're always free to turn off your camera, mute yourself, and take a pause while staying connected to the group. We all need space sometimes—you can rejoin the conversation when you're ready. There’s no pressure to be “on,” just permission to be present in whatever way works for you.
Nope. Sharing is always invited, never required. You’re welcome to engage at your own pace. Some people speak often, others mostly listen—and both are equally valued. If something stirs up emotion or you just need a moment, you can mute yourself, turn off your camera, or step back briefly without leaving the group entirely. We all have days where we need to just be held in the space without contributing. You can always rejoin the conversation when you’re ready. Circles are built on mutual respect, emotional spaciousness, and consent—so you’re never expected to perform or “keep up,” only to show up in the way that feels true for you.
That’s completely okay—in fact, it’s expected. We’re emotional beings navigating real-life topics, and sometimes conversations in Circle touch something tender, deep, or unexpectedly activating. There’s no shame in feeling, and no need to apologize. You're always welcome to take a pause—turn off your camera, mute yourself, breathe, cry, journal, or just be still—while still remaining connected to the group. We honor those moments as part of the process, not as interruptions. Come back when you’re ready. The Circle holds space for you whether you're speaking, silent, or simply sitting with what’s there.
Yes—with care. We recommend no more than two Circles at a time, ideally staggered on opposite weeks so you have spaciousness between sessions. Each Circle is priced separately and functions as a unique container. Each Circle: $85/month No long-term commitment required
Circles are intentionally small—usually 6 to 12 members—to support real connection, trust, and intimacy.
Most Circles meet biweekly (every other week) for about 60–75 minutes. Some may meet weekly or follow a seasonal rhythm, depending on the topic and group needs.
We know life happens. Regular attendance supports continuity and trust, but you’re never shamed for missing a session. Just come back when you’re able—the group will hold your place.
While we recommend a minimum commitment of 3 months to fully experience the depth and benefits of a Circle, many of our Circles have been ongoing for multiple years. Members often stay not just for the topic, but for the sense of rhythm, reflection, and real connection they build over time. Whether you’re here for a season or seeking long-term support, Circles offer space to grow with others in an authentic, sustaining way.
You can cancel anytime. No hard feelings, no guilt. We simply ask that you honor the container by letting us know, so the group and facilitator can adjust.
Circles are for those ready to deepen their practice of self-aligned living—and who value meaningful conversation in a supportive, community-driven environment. If you're looking to explore themes like identity, resilience, connection, or transition alongside others who are doing the same, a Circle might be exactly the space you need. If you prefer a more flexible or private rhythm, we also offer: - Essentials membership – daily practices you can engage with on your own time - Guided workbooks – for reflective self-study - 1:1 Coaching – for more personalized support and focus
