These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Website, online platforms, educational and coaching services, and any related products, services, and/or content provided by Everyday 7, LLC, a holistic education and coaching company based in Richmond, Virginia and Paradise, California (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, visiting, or using our Website or Services (whether complimentary or paid), you agree to be bound by these Terms, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use our Website and/or purchase or use our Services.

By accessing or using our Website and/or Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Everyday 7 provides holistic coaching and educational resources and services, including online and in-person coaching, courses, webinars, workshops, articles, videos, and other related content (collectively, "Content"). Our mission is to support personal and professional growth through a holistic approach to wellbeing. The Services may be offered free of charge or for a fee, as determined by Everyday 7.

3. User Account and Registration

Account Creation: To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: The Website, and all Content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, graphics, logos, videos, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) and all materials provided through our Services, are the property of Everyday 7 or its licensors and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and/or other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Any other names, logos, product and services names, designs, and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.

User-Generated Content: Any content you submit or upload to our Website must be your own and must not infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. By submitting content, you grant Everyday 7 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and promoting the Services.

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, as well as our Community Member Guidelines. You agree not to:

Use the Services in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Services, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Services.
Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable at the sole discretion of Everyday 7.
Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access our Services without our express written permission.

6. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through our Website or otherwise to us is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on our Website.

7. Payment and Refunds (if applicable)

Fees: Some of our Services may require payment. All fees whether one-time or recurring will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. By making a payment, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes.

Refunds: Please review the refund policy applicable to the specific Service you are purchasing.

Private Coaching Sessions: You are free to pause, discontinue, or terminate your coaching relationship with any Everyday 7 coach or practitioner at any time with the understanding that it is our policy that pre-paid coaching packages, as well as sessions that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, and/or scheduled sessions for which you do not show, are non-refundable.

Essentials Membership: You are free to cancel your Everyday 7 Essentials membership at any time with the understanding that we require 30-days’ notice of your cancellation prior to its effectiveness.

Circles: You are free to cancel your Everyday 7 Circle enrollment at any time for one or more Circles that have already begun meeting with the understanding that we require 30-days’ notice of your cancellation prior to its effectiveness. If you have enrolled in a Circle that has not begun meeting, you may seek a full refund by contacting us at hello@everyday7.com at least 7 days prior to the Circle’s start date. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to the Circle’s start date, then your initial payment will not be refunded.

Workshops: You are free to cancel your spot in an Everyday 7 workshop at any time.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties: Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Everyday 7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Educational Purposes ONLY: The Content provided by Everyday 7 and/or any of our educators, coaches, facilitators, and/or practitioners is for educational and informational purposes only, is not intended as professional advice, is not therapy or a substitute for therapy, nor is it intended to, or will it, prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. Nor is it intended to be a substitute for medical care or treatment. Always consult with a qualified therapist and/or medical professional before making any decisions based on the information provided. Everyday 7 and/or any of our educators, coaches, facilitators, and/or practitioners are not responsible for any of your actions or inactions taken directly or indirectly as a result of any of their and/or our Services.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Everyday 7, its officers, directors, employees (including independent contractors), or agents be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the Services. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Everyday 7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Chesterfield County, Virginia.

Everyday 7 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
